Last week, the Klaveness Digital team headed to the mountains for our company-wide retreat, Connect. While the setting in Hemsedal was stunning, the true highlight was indoors: teams from across the organization came together to tackle some of the toughest challenges facing our industry. Not just through blue-sky thinking—but structured innovation.
With a hands-on workshop grounded in our innovation framework, we explored real-world problems and generated actionable ideas. Several of these are now moving into our cross-business unit innovation funnel. It’s a process that allows us to test, validate, and scale promising solutions—faster and smarter.
